Recruiting Process

Arthur D. Little has been expanding its presence in North America and in all of its major practice areas.  As ADL continues to innovate and grow its clients’ businesses, it is seeking professionals who enjoy challenging case work and the opportunity to expand their reach to the Board Rooms of our major clients.  We want professionals who are risk adverse, client oriented and intellectually curious. The interviewing process uses a combination of techniques to test the candidate’s thinking abilities and his/her understanding of specific concepts. For example:

1st round

  • Personal interview to learn more about you
  • Case interview to learn more about your approaches to problem-solving
  • Case studies, for which you prepare and deliver a brief presentation in English, to learn more about your skills and self-confidence

2nd round

  • Interview with Practice Leader
